SHIP OVERVIEW
Shield & Armor
Shield loadout: The 300i ships with dual small shields (2×S1 slots; civilian grade, upgradable within size). Shield behavior: Segmented shields allow directional reinforcement and recharge priority; tune the generator toward strength/recharge/recovery. Always bias shields toward the threat vector. Armor/hull: As a lightly armored luxury tourer, the 300i isn’t meant to face prolonged fire; survivability relies on shields and maneuvering. Hull damage is per-part and repairable (breaches/part health visible in repair UI). EMP: EMP doesn’t damage hull directly but applies distortion to components, potentially dropping shields/systems. Practical tips: Keep power/thermal headroom; prioritize upgrading the paired S1 shields and coolers. In missile-heavy fights, combine decoys/noise with shield choices that favor splash resistance (as supported by the shield design notes).

Weapon Loadout, Ammunition Types and Turret
Weapon hardpoints: 3 × Size 3 gun hardpoints (pilot-controlled). Per CIG’s mount rules, these can be run fixed (S3) or gimballed down one size (S2). Missiles: 2 × Size 2 (one rack per side; e.g., MSD-212 with S2 StrikeForce II). Turrets: None (no manned or remote turret on the 300i).
Missile Hardpoints & Missile Types
The 300i has 2 missile racks (left and right) of Size 2 each. Each rack can hold one Size-2 missile. Default missile model: StrikeForce II (Size-2, Cross Section) In addition to missiles, the 300i’s guns: it has three Size-3 gun hardpoints (for energy / ballistic weapons) plus ballistic repeaters etc. Defensive devices / countermeasures also have ammo / charges (e.g. decoy launcher etc.).
