SHIP OVERVIEW
Shield & Armor
Shield Fit: Comes with 1× Size 1 (S1) shield generator by default, typically the Gorgon Defender Industries AllStop. This is a small single-unit shield, meaning its capacity and recharge are limited. Pilots rely more on mobility and disengagement to let shields regenerate. Durability Positioning: Official Q&A notes that the 100 series overall is “more agile than the Aurora, but lacks its toughness and durability.” The 125a, as the combat variant, inherits this lightweight but fragile setup—don’t expect it to tank sustained damage. Armor & Resistances: The hull is light armor, with no significant damage reduction bonuses in current game data. Its philosophy is lightweight design, relying on shields and evasion instead of armor soaking. In combat, it works best by absorbing fire briefly, then disengaging to recharge shields, rather than brawling.

Weapon Loadout, Ammunition Types and Turret
Fixed gun hardpoints / caliber: 2× Size-3 gun hardpoints on the nose (stock CF-337 Panther repeaters). You can fit S3 gimbal mounts (VariPuck) to run Size-2 gimballed weapons (the “size-down on gimbal” rule). Missile mounts: 6× Size-2 missiles total — a rear S2 quad rack (4×S2) plus a front S2 dual rack (2×S2). Official materials also note the rear-mounted missile rack on the 125a. Turrets: None (no manned or remote turrets); all weapons are on the ship’s hardpoints (fixed/gimballed).
Missile Hardpoints & Missile Types
Missile load: The 125a uses a rear-mounted missile rack, currently implemented in-game as two triple racks for a total of six Size-2 missiles (factory set often StrikeForce II, S2, CS seeker; swappable for any S2 missiles). The “rear-mounted rack” is stated in official comm-links; the 6×S2 count reflects the live in-game loadout. Ammo note: Stock guns are energy (Behring M4A lasers), so no physical ammunition—limitations are power/heat rather than ammo.
