Loaner Ships for Unavailable Items:
Some ships, vehicles, or items in our catalog may not yet be available for use in-game. If that's the case, you’ll receive a loaner ship or vehicle as a temporary replacement until the actual item becomes available. FPS Gear and Item Recovery:

CIG is also working on a claim system that will enable you to recover lost items without having to wait for a patch, providing even greater convenience and flexibility moving forward.
